TOOL AND DIE DESIGN PHASE
We study the product manufacturability before dies fabrication and any potential
quality issues during mass production. We develop the design of
manufacturability (DFM) and provide the best solutions for our clients.
FAI AND MASS PRODUCTION PHASE
We implement diverse quality control methods which include product quality plan
development, CPK controls, precise dimension checking, functional jig inspection,
and so on.
POST-PRODUCTION PHASE
We investigate any quality issues with our clients and develop corrective action
reports(CAR) and 8D reports to improve our manufacturing processes.
